After six seasons, Shameless fans have become accustomed to the Gallagher family’s absurd antics. Meanwhile, her relationship with Sean (Dermot Mulroney) is on shaky ground, as he struggles to confront the demons of his past. The tension between them is palpable, and it seems like their relationship could implode at any moment.

Another significant storyline in Episode 7 revolves around Veronica (Shanola Hampton) and Kevin (Steve Howey), who are still reeling from the news that they’re going to have triplets. Their excitement is tempered by the reality that they don’t have the money or resources to provide for three babies.
