Shark Wranglers

The History Channel's Shark Wrangler's depicts the real-life adventurous spirit of of a team of scientists and fishermen in search of the ultimate catch-The Great White Shark. Never has an animal struck fear into the hearts of all that encounter it as this majestic animal. The attempt to understand its true nature will be the focus of this sea bound adventure, but at what cost? Knowing that the lives and well-being of the cast and crew are at great harm's length, this seems not to distract them from their ultimate goal of catching these dangerous creatures. Although endangered, the mission is to tag and release each of the fish as they swarm the deep oceans during their feeding season. This team is devout to the gaining of knowledge on this creature, while removing some of the stigma that surrounds it in modern culture. This expedition team leaves no underwater stone uncovered as they travel each of the Earth's seas in hopes of finding their Great Whites.

Given the name OSEARCH, the team of scientists and anglers find themselves at arms at times of matters that surround their hunt. Safety issues arise as the unexpected occurs, leaving the audience on the edge of their seat as they wonder what will happen to them next. They sometimes find themselves in the midst of an on-board struggle against these beasts, while other times their ultimate fear of being amidst these beasts in their water environment becomes a very-real reality for them by way of accidents and unforeseen mishaps.

Will their mission be a success, or will the mysteries of the Great White shark remain for years to come? As the OSEARCH team fine-tunes their methods of catching, tagging and releasing this majestic creature, their hopes and dreams of gaining insight into the lives of this beast become more of a reality that they ever could have hoped for while developing the series.
