In season 4 episode 11 of Tabatha's Salon Takeover, Tabatha travels to Atlanta, GA to help Salon Deco. The salon is struggling with poor management and a lack of structure, and Tabatha is called in to help turn things around.

As soon as Tabatha enters the salon, she notices a lack of professionalism among the staff. Stylists are dressed in casual clothes, and some are even wearing flip flops. The salon is also cluttered and disorganized, with products and tools strewn everywhere.

Tabatha sits down with the owner, Melissa, to discuss the salon's issues. Melissa admits that she struggles with managing the staff and has a hard time being assertive. In addition, she feels like the salon has lost its identity and isn't sure how to attract new clients.

To get a better understanding of the salon's culture, Tabatha has the staff participate in a team-building exercise. The exercise involves each member of the salon writing down three things they appreciate about their colleagues and then presenting them in front of everyone else. Through this exercise, it becomes clear that the salon lacks communication and unity.

After the exercise, Tabatha has a heart-to-heart with Melissa. She tells her that in order for the salon to succeed, Melissa needs to step up and take charge. Tabatha also recommends that the salon rebrand itself and focus on its strong suit - curly hair.

To implement these changes, Tabatha brings in a branding expert to help with the salon's new image. The walls are painted a warm peach color, and the salon is transformed into a welcoming, cozy space. The staff is given new uniforms, and each station is equipped with a tool caddy to help keep things organized.

Melissa is also given a crash course in management, with Tabatha teaching her how to communicate effectively with her staff. Melissa starts to assert herself more and hold her employees accountable, which leads to a significant improvement in the salon's culture.

The salon's focus on curly hair also pays off, with a number of new clients coming in specifically for that service. Tabatha also helps the salon establish a social media presence and encourages them to participate in local events to raise their profile in the community.

At the end of the episode, Salon Deco is unrecognizable from the mess that Tabatha first encountered. The staff is cohesive and well-trained, the salon is beautifully organized, and the salon's new focus on curly hair is attracting a lot of positive attention. Melissa is confident in her role as a leader, and the future looks bright for Salon Deco.
