Raven-Symoné stars as Raven Baxter, a teenage girl with psychic powers in the Disney Channel hit show, "That's So Raven." In season 1 episode 2 titled "Wake Up, Victor," Raven's father, Victor Baxter (Rondell Sheridan), has trouble waking up in the morning, leading to chaos in the household.

Raven has inherited her psychic abilities from her grandmother and often has visions of the future. In this episode, Raven has a nightmare that her family misses an important event because her father oversleeps. When she wakes up, she realizes that it was just a dream but decides to help her father form good waking habits.

The episode opens with Raven's family rushing around in the morning to get ready for the day. Victor, who is the head chef at a local restaurant, is in a deep sleep and can't seem to wake up. This leads to him being late for work, much to the frustration of his boss.

Raven realizes that her father's problem is not just waking up but also going to bed too late. She creates a plan to help him form good habits such as setting a regular bedtime and alarm clock, cutting out caffeine before bed, and avoiding electronics before sleeping.

However, things don't go exactly as planned. Raven's younger brother, Cory (Kyle Massey), accidentally breaks the alarm clock, and Victor becomes obsessed with a new exercise routine that exhausts him, making him fall asleep earlier than usual. Raven's attempts at helping her father only seem to make things worse as he sleepwalks to work and confuses his cooking ingredients.

Meanwhile, Raven's best friends, Chelsea (Anneliese van der Pol) and Eddie (Orlando Brown), who are also featured in the series, are dealing with their own problems. Chelsea tries to impress her new crush by becoming a vegetarian, and Eddie tries to prove to Raven that he is responsible enough to take care of a class plant.

As the episode progresses, the chaos in Raven's household increases, and it seems that her father is to blame for everything. In the end, however, it is revealed that Raven's vision of her family missing an important event is coming true, and she has to find a way to prevent it. She enlists the help of Chelsea and Eddie, and they work together to make sure that Victor wakes up on time.

In the end, Raven's mission is accomplished, and her father is able to make it to the important event. This episode highlights the importance of good sleeping habits and the impact they can have on the rest of one's life. It also showcases Raven's close relationship with her family and her willingness to do anything to protect them.

Overall, "Wake Up, Victor" is a fun and entertaining episode of "That's So Raven" that will leave viewers laughing and reflecting on the value of a good night's sleep. The episode provides a great introduction to the characters and sets the tone for the rest of the series.
