Ep 12. Opie and His Merry Men

Opie Taylor, son of Sheriff Andy Taylor, puts together a group of young friends to form his own "gang" called the Merry Men. However, their harmless fun turns serious when they begin emulating a comic book villain and committing harmless pranks around the town of Mayberry. Meanwhile, Andy must deal with a visiting FBI agent who is investigating a reported bank robbery in the area. As Andy tries to solve the case, he begins to suspect that the Merry Men may be involved in the crime. With Opie's gang now facing serious consequences, Andy must find a way to clear their names and teach them the difference between harmless fun and illegal activity.
