When a fellow scientist overhears that Sheldon has solved a problem that they have been struggling with, Sheldon's ego inflates to epic proportions. However, he soon realizes that his revelation may have come with some unintended consequences. Meanwhile, Leonard tries to help Penny find a job, but Penny is struggling with the idea of working a job she's not passionate about.
