The Crazy Ones is a new television show starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar. In this show, Williams plays Simon Roberts, an advertising/marketing professional who is very reputable in the industry, and Gellar plays his daughter, Creative Director of her father's company, Roberts and Roberts. The plot of this show revolves around Williams crazy, eccentric personality and his straight-edged daughter trying to work together in order to successfully run their business and keep their clients happy. The cast also features actors such as James Wolk, who play a supporting cast of advertising executives trying to maintain the balance between Roberts and Roberts and keep the company afloat.

Even Koko the Gorilla Mourned Robin Williams Today

One of the things that makes the death of Robin Williams so hard to take is that it seems he touched everyone's life in some way...even animals. Koko the gorilla, who famously learned to communicate with humans using sign language, met Williams back in 2001. Dr. Penny Patterson, Koko's foster mother, said that the gorilla "instantly connected" with the actor. "Koko, like us, can sense a person’s nature," Patterson said, "and in this case, she was quickly drawn to Robin’s warm heart.

Robin Williams, Legendary Comedic Actor, Found Dead

Legendary comedian and actor Robin Williams has reportedly been found dead today in California. The story is still breaking, but NBC Bay Area has tweeted out that the Marin County sheriff has confirmed the news: "#BREAKING Actor Robin Williams has died at age 63. Found dead at home in unincorporated Tiburon, CA, per @MarinSheriff." While no cause of death has yet been given, rumors have been flying that the actor died of an apparent suicide. Williams just recently visited a rehab center to help maintain his long-term sobriety; the actor struggled with substance abuse since the 1980s and checked into rehab in 2006.

Another actor heads to rehab, but don't you go worrying your head over Robin Williams. Though Williams has checked into Minnesota's Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center, his rep has confirmed that our favorite "The Crazy Ones" actor is doing just fine. "After working back-to-back projects, Robin is simply taking the opportunity to fine-tune and focus on his continued commitment, of which he remains extremely proud." A source close to the actor added that it's "not about him falling off the wagon.
