When Bank of America tried to foreclose on a home that they didn't actually have a mortgage on, the Florida couple that owned the home decided to tell them to stuff it, and the only lawyer who would take their case and battle the banking behemoth was a kid fresh out of law school.

Particularly today, when the economy and the toilet continue to spiral down the toilet, what happens next will put a smile on your face.
