Ep 1. The Devil Arrives in Sasazuka

The Devil is a Part-Timer! is an anime series that follows the story of Satan/Jinmao Kuroda, the ruler of the underworld who is transported to modern-day Tokyo after losing a battle to Hero Emilia. The show explores Satan's struggles to adapt to society and his new life in the human world.

After tasting human food for the first time, Satan is pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is and decides to get a job at the restaurant in order to support himself and Alciel. His plan is to work his way up the corporate ladder and eventually take over the world through the fast-food industry. Chiho is excited to hear that Satan will be working with her and offers to help him settle into his new life.

Satan's plans to conquer the world through fast food are soon put on hold as he realizes that he needs money in order to survive in Tokyo. He and Alciel go on a job hunt and eventually find a cheap apartment to rent in the Sasazuka district. However, their new living quarters are far from luxurious, and they are forced to share a small room with no furniture.

As they settle into their new home, Satan comes up with a new plan to gain power and influence in Tokyo. He decides to run for office in the upcoming mayoral elections and use his newfound political influence to further his goals. With Alciel by his side, Satan begins his campaign by rallying supporters and making promises to the people of Sasazuka.

Meanwhile, Emilia, the hero who defeated Satan in their world, discovers that he has escaped to Tokyo. She follows him to the human world and takes on the persona of a magical girl in order to blend in. It becomes clear that Emilia has her own agenda for tracking down Satan, but her true intentions are unknown.

The first episode of The Devil is a Part-Timer! sets the stage for the series, introducing the main characters and their new lives in Tokyo. The show's blend of humor and action makes for an engaging and enjoyable viewing experience.
