Ep 24. Six Degrees of Graduation

After three long years of college, Carlton is finally graduating from Princeton. The entire Banks family is incredibly excited about this milestone, and they all head to Princeton to celebrate. Will, Jazz, and Hilary decide to brave the crowds and traffic and drive to the graduation ceremony together.

As they make their way down the highway, they get stuck in traffic. Jazz suggests that they take a shortcut, and they end up lost on a back road. Their car breaks down, and they have no idea where they are or how to get back on track. In a stroke of luck, they somehow end up at a gas station where they run into a group of graduates who are also lost and looking for directions to the ceremony.

The graduates invite Will, Jazz, and Hilary to join them in their rented limo, and they accept. It turns out that the graduates are all from different parts of the country and have vastly different backgrounds. Will, Jazz, and Hilary are fascinated by their stories, and they all bond over their shared experience of being lost on the way to the ceremony.

Meanwhile, back at Princeton, the rest of the Banks family is eagerly waiting for Carlton's name to be called. However, the ceremony is going incredibly slowly, and it seems like they're never going to get to Carlton's name. They start to get antsy and restless, and Will's mother begins to panic that they're going to miss Carlton's big moment.

Back in the limo, the group of graduates and Will, Jazz, and Hilary continue to bond over their shared interests and experiences. They all share stories about their college experiences and their hopes for the future. As they drive along, they realize that they all have different connections to each other. One of the graduates is roommates with another graduate's cousin, who is friends with yet another graduate's sister.

It quickly becomes apparent that they all have some connection to each other, and they spend the rest of the ride trying to figure out what those connections are. They engage in a game of Six Degrees of Separation, where they try to connect each other through different people they all know.

Back at the ceremony, Carlton is finally called up to receive his diploma. The Banks family is overjoyed, and they all cheer loudly as he walks across the stage. Carlton gives a moving speech about the importance of education and the value of hard work and determination.

As the ceremony ends, Will, Jazz, and Hilary arrive just in time to see Carlton taking pictures with his diploma. They all congratulate him, and he thanks them for coming to support him on his big day. The graduates who gave them a ride arrive, and everyone gathers around to take pictures and celebrate together.

As they all say goodbye and head back to their separate lives, Will, Jazz, and Hilary feel a deep sense of gratitude for the experience they just had. They realize that even though they were lost and running behind, they ended up having an incredible adventure and meeting some amazing people along the way. They all pile back into their car and head back home, feeling happy and fulfilled.
