Ep 10. Second Chance

The Glades is a crime drama television series that ran for four seasons on A&E from 2010 to 2013. The show follows detective Jim Longworth, played by Matt Passmore, as he solves crimes in the fictional town of Palm Glade, Florida.

In season 1 episode 10 titled "Second Chance," Jim investigates the death of a man who had recently been released from prison. The man, named Vince, was found dead in his apartment, and it appears that he may have been the victim of a robbery gone wrong.

As Jim delves deeper into the investigation, he realizes that Vince had many enemies from his past life of crime. He had been involved in a gang and had done time for armed robbery. Jim suspects that one of Vince's former associates may have been involved in his death.

Meanwhile, Jim's personal life is also taking a turn. His ex-wife Jennifer, played by Michelle Hurd, shows up in Palm Glade with her new fiancé. Jim is understandably upset, as he still has feelings for Jennifer and is not thrilled about the idea of her moving on without him.

Throughout the episode, Jim must balance his personal life with his professional obligations to solve the case and bring Vince's killer to justice. As always, he is aided by his colleagues Carlos, played by Carlos Gomez, and Daniel, played by Jordan Wall, as well as medical examiner Carlos Sanchez, played by Uriah Shelton.

"Second Chance" is a fast-paced and thrilling episode of The Glades that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. It is a great example of the show's ability to balance procedural crime-solving with character development and personal drama.
