52. No More Magic, Zebedee

The inhabitants of the Enchanted Garden are grumbling. Dougal is bored. Florence's flower patch is infested with insects. Dylan's exhausted from pulling up carrots.

51. The Blue Ermintrude

September 30, 2020

Ermintrude finds a clump of unusual blue flowers in her field. Dougal thinks that they're rare and so he will be able to exchange them in return for pies. He and Fly plot to steal the blue flower when Dylan falls asleep while he's guarding it. Florence discovers the plant has gone.

50. Dougal's See-saw Ride

Florence asks Mr. Grimsdale to make a see saw as a surprise for Basil and Coral. Dougal is horrified at the thought that it might be placed over his bone patch. After checking that the offending item is not on the patch, he creeps on it and walks up and down.

49. Auntie Primrose Strikes Again!

Florence has ordered some groceries from Mr. Grimsdale. Dougal is waiting outside the house to take delivery of the groceries, but instead of Mr. Grimsdale, Dougal is horrified to be confronted by Auntie Primrose. Argghhh, not again!

Brian is surprised by the arrival of a female snail's appearance in the Enchanted Garden. Her name is Gloria and, she tells him, she's an expert on everything!

47. Brian's Gift to Dougal

Brian is doing a very difficult jigsaw of Dougal, whilst Zebedee is complaining about the noise coming from Mr. Rusty's barrel organ.

46. Dougal Bakes a Cake

Dougal things Florence is the best friend ever and wants to do something nice for her. Ermintrude suggests baking a cake. The Magic Roundabout team do their utmost to keep Florence away from home while Dougal and Ermintrude make a terrible mess baking what is in fact a tripe and chocolate cake!

45. Rabbit Rodeo

September 30, 2020

Fly's antics knock Mr. McHenry off his tricycle, making him late for tea at Florence's house. The fall also makes Mr. McHenry very nervous about getting back on the tricycle again. He feels it has acquired a life of its own! Dougal and Dylan take it upon themselves to help Mr. McHenry overcome his fear, and Dylan ends up getting a lasso to stop the bike.

44. Doctor Dougal

Dougal sets up shop as a Doctor. It can't be that hard, can it? Problem is, he gets bored with paying attention to everyone's small ailments and gets grumpy with his patients because he doesn't have any real illnesses to deal with.

43. Ermintrude's present

After being entertained at Ermintrude's house, Brian decides to buy her a thank you gift. Florence arrives at Brian's house to find him in a bit of a palaver. He's been wrapping Ermintrude's present with great difficulty and is exhausted.

42. Brian's big exhibition

Brian is holding an exhibition of his gravel and spoon collections. The inhabitants of the Enchanted Garden think this is less than interesting and don't want to go. Florence persuades them, so they all reluctantly turn up at Brian's' house.

41. Train gets lost

September 30, 2020

Train's heating system is not too good and he's liable to overheat on his next journey. Mr. Rusty fills his tank with water and sends him off, thinking he will be okay. But he's not! Not only does his tank overheat and make him stop, but he gets lost in the mist.

40. Windbag!

Mr McHenry has invited everyone to come to the Magic Roundabout to listen to him play his bagpipes. But when they settle down to listen, the bagpipes make an appalling screeching, whining din, that has everyone running for cover!

39. Radio Roundabout

Dougal and Brian set up a radio station, with Dougal playing the D.J. It's not very successful since Dougal not only has a boring voice, but insists on telling everyone about his 100 most favourite bones.

38. The Carrot Patch Challenge

Dougal and Brian are at Dylan's house and find an old rusty box in his carrot patch. It contains a medal inscribed 'For Donovan Rabbit'.

37. Are you there Mr Grimsdale?

Mr. Rusty tells Mr. Grimsdale that he needs a radio to help him keep up with his deliveries. They both get walkie-talkies, and the system works well until Mr. Grimsdale loses his walkie-talkie.

Brian's behaviour is becoming very strange he has been going round with furniture and odds and sods strapped to his shell.

35. Pretty bubbles in the air

Mr. McHenry is creating a work of art - out of soap. Convinced it's going to be a statue of him, Dougal goes around the village purloining soap to give to Mr. Rusty. Everyone wonders what has happened to their soap.

34. Dylan's lucky day

Florence asks Dougal to hand out raffle tickets and invitations to a concert that Ermintrude is giving in the village square. Ermintrude asks Mr Grimsdale to find her a piano, so that Mr Rusty can accompany her a task that is not relished by the latter!

33. Arthur

September 30, 2020

When a little penguin appears at Florence's door one day, everyone takes turns looking after him, while Florence - who has named him Arthur - and Soldier Sam try to work out where he came from. First Ermintrude, then Dylan, then Brian has a go at looking after little Arthur, without much success.

32. Mirror, mirror...

Ermintrude is talking to her mirror, and is astonished when it talks back to her. 'Yes', it says, 'you are the fairest in the land'.

31. The Magic Roundabout Choir

September 30, 2020

Mr. Rusty has lost his voice and can't sing to his horses. Florence decides to set up the Magic Roundabout Choir, but apart from Ermintrude, nobody can sing. Florence enlists the help of Coral and Basil and with the rest of the team adding noises they really can do, the choir is formed and sing beautifully to Mr. Rusty's horses. And it's time to party!

30. The snail with the golden shell

Brian is working out to keep fit, but still feels he is a really boring snail. He wishes for an outstanding feature, and Zebedee obliges by providing him with a Golden Snail shell.

29. Paperchase Mystery

Basil and Coral want to set up a paperchase. Dougal thinks this is boring, until Florence persuades him with the idea of a picnic at the end of the chase. The kids set off, sticking notes on trees to show the rest of the team how to find them.

28. Auntie Primrose

Dougal's Auntie Primrose comes to stay. Dougal is horrified, as she is over-powering and bossy. What can he do with her? Auntie Primrose takes over the house, and then insists on being taken on a tour around the Enchanted Garden before she goes home.

27. Who's taken the moon?

September 30, 2020

Dylan is horrified. Someone is stealing the moon. Bits of it are going missing! Florence and the team try to explain to Dylan that this is what happens to the moon every month, but that he's never awake long enough to see the moon cycle.

26. The Blue Ermintrude / No More Magic, Zebedee

Ermintrude finds unusual blue flowers in her field. / Everyone seems to be grumbling from boredom, so Zebedee teaches them a lesson.

25. Auntie Primrose Strikes Again! / Dougal's See-saw Ride

Dougal is horrified to once again be confronted by Auntie Primrose. / Dougal is worried that a new seesaw might be placed over his bone patch.

24. Brian's Gift to Dougal / Gloria

Zebedee drops a piece of Brian's jigsaw puzzle into Mr. Rusty's barrel organ. / A know-it-all female snail comes to the Enchanted Garden.

23. Rabbit Rodeo / Dougal Bakes a Cake

Dougal and Brian start up a radio station. / Mr. McHenry's bagpipes make such an appalling screeching sound that everyone runs for cover.

Dylan hears voices coming from the bushes and thinks they're possessed by ghosts. / Brian and Dougal train Dylan to be an athlete.

18. Pretty Bubbles in the Air / Forget It!

Dougal steals all the soap he can for Mr. McHenry's art project. / Brian builds a giant tower of junk and believes it's a masterpiece.

17. Arthur / Dylan's Lucky Day

A mysterious little penguin shows up at Florence's door. / Dougal borrows Dylan's lucky four-leaf clover, but the only luck he gets is bad.

16. The Magic Roundabout Choir / Mirror Mirror

Florence sets up the Magic Roundabout Choir -- but hardly anybody can sing. / When Ermintrude talks to her mirror, it talks back!

15. Paperchase Mystery / The Snail with the Golden Shell

Basil leaves paper clues for others to follow -- but Ermintrude takes them down, thinking they are litter. / Zebedee gives Brian a golden shell.

14. Who's Taken the Moon? / Auntie Primrose

Dylan is horrified when bits of the moon appear to go missing. / Dougal's overbearing Auntie Primrose comes for a visit.

13. Dylan's Big Gig / Dougal's Ball

Dylan wants to organise a rock night -- a real big gig! / Dougal's ball gains a life of its own and causes all sorts of mayhem in the village.

12. The Pancake Party / The Great Dougalini

Ermintrude organises a pancake party -- but suddenly the pancakes all disappear. / Dougal wants to be a magician, so the Great Dougalini is born!

11. The Enchanted Garden's Make-over / The Magic Pie

Ermintrude begins to meddle in everyone else's gardens. / A pesky fly fools Dougal into thinking that a magic talking pie can grant him wishes.

10. Growing Pains / A Life on the Open Road

Zebedee schemes with Brian to teach Dougal a lesson in manners. / Dougal convinces Ermintrude to pull an old gypsy caravan over the hill.

9. The Rabbit, the Dog and the Wardrobe / Florence's Squeaky Toys

A strange wardrobe has the power to transport the villagers to strange places. / Mr. Grimsdale mixes up the deliveries of toys that Florence ordered.

8. Super Snail and the Dog Wonder / Fly on the Wall

Brian and Dougal decide to become superheroes. / Dougal and Fly decide to make a film of the Enchanted Garden and its inhabitants.

7. King Brian / Emergency!

Brian finds a parchment that makes him king of the Enchanted Garden. / Brian wants to set up a response team to deal with emergencies.

6. It's a Ming Thing / Dougal the Helpful Helper

Mr. Grimsdale thinks that Dougal's bowl is a rare artifact from the Mongral Dynasty. / Dougal tries to be more helpful -- with devastating results.

5. We'll Bead Again / Let's Stick Together

Ermintrude's heirloom beads go missing. / Mr. Rusty's glue brush gets stuck to Dougal's nose, and soon Brian gets stuck, too.

4. Pirate Treasure / Snail Hawk

Florence believes that she's found a pirate map that will lead to buried treasure. / Things go missing in the village, and everyone is mystified.

3. Mr. Grimsdale's Holiday / Ermintrude Gets a Fright

When Mr. Grimsdale goes on holiday, Dougal must take over his deliveries. / Ermintrude gets a fright from a nest of mice in the strawberry patch.

2. The Magic Lamp / The Pantom Horse Thief

Dougal believes that a magic lamp can grant him three wishes. / While Mr. Rusty is away on a trip, one of the Magic Roundabout's horses goes missing.

1. Sweet Memories / Snails Alive!

Dougal is missing his friends, who have all gone on holiday. / To teach him a lesson, Zebedee turns Dougal into a snail.
