Ep 23. There's No Crying in Softball

Mindy and Jody host a softball game against the nurses in their office in order to bond with them and they come up with rules in order to make the game more competitive. Jeremy tells Anna that he plans on proposing to Whitney and Anna tells him that he shouldn't do it without consulting with his friends first. However, the guys are too busy giving Danny a hard time about his fast food habits to notice. Later that day, Mindy goes into labor and after being rushed to the hospital, Danny takes her to the delivery room. As Danny tries to be supportive, Mindy struggles with the pain of childbirth. Jody tries to make a move on Mindy in her vulnerable state, but she shuts him down and re-gains focus on giving birth. After hours in the birthing room, Mindy gives birth to a baby boy named Leo. The gang shows up to congratulate her, including Whitney who received Jeremy's proposal and said yes. Mindy becomes emotional as everyone walks down the hallway with her new baby.
