Ep 12. The Goldie Rush

Goldie is a single mother who has been through a lot in her life. She’s working hard to make a better life for herself and her daughter, but things aren’t always easy. In this episode, Goldie gets a big break when she is offered a job as a makeup artist on a major movie set. She’s excited about the opportunity and sees it as a chance to finally make it in Hollywood.

However, the job comes with a catch. The production is filming out of state, which means Goldie will have to leave Shania, her daughter, behind for a while. This doesn’t sit well with Bryan and David, who feel a strong attachment to Shania and have grown close to her over time.

To make things worse, David is dealing with his own issues. He’s feeling insecure about his job as a stay-at-home dad and is worried that he’s not contributing enough to the family. He starts to feel like he’s not doing enough to support Bryan and starts to feel like he’s failing as a dad.

Meanwhile, Rocky is dealing with her own problems. She’s feeling lonely and unfulfilled in her relationship with Jane. She’s been holding back on her true feelings and desires and is starting to regret it. She starts to question whether she’s really happy in her relationship and whether she’s pursuing the things that truly make her happy.

As Goldie prepares for her trip, Bryan and David struggle with the idea of being separated from Shania. They start to realize how much they’ve grown attached to her and how important she is in their lives. They begin to worry about how they’ll be able to cope without her and whether they’ll be able to manage their own lives without her presence.

To help ease their concerns, Goldie arranges for them to have a nanny to look after Shania while she’s away. This helps the couple feel more at ease and allows them to focus on the positive aspects of Goldie’s career opportunity.

As Goldie leaves, Rocky decides to take a bold step and pursue her passion for music. She starts playing guitar and writing her own songs, much to Jane’s surprise. She starts to feel more alive and fulfilled than she has in a long time and begins to feel like she’s finally pursuing her true calling.

As the episode comes to a close, everyone is dealing with their own struggles and trying to find their place in the world. Goldie is pursuing her dream job, David is trying to find his place as a stay-at-home dad, and Rocky is pursuing her passion for music. However, one thing is clear – they are all part of a family that supports and loves each other, no matter what challenges they face.
