Ep 2. Roy's Wedding

It's the day of Roy's wedding, and while most of the Dunder Mifflin crew is excited to celebrate, Jim can't help but feel a little uneasy about it all. Especially because his ex-girlfriend, Karen, is attending as a guest. Pam tries to ease Jim's nerves by convincing him that Karen is just a nice person who he used to date.

Dwight, on the other hand, is excited to play the role of Roy's best man. He sees it as an opportunity to showcase his beet farming skills, and even brings a giant beet to act as a centerpiece for the reception table.

As the wedding gets underway, there are some surprises in store for the guests. Roy's brother, who was supposed to give the best man speech, is nowhere to be found. Dwight seizes the opportunity to give the speech himself, and delivers a heartfelt ode to Roy, peppered with anecdotes about beet farming.

Meanwhile, Jim is having a tough time keeping his emotions in check. When he sees Karen chatting with Pam, he can't help but feel jealous and left out. He tries to pour himself a drink to calm down, but accidentally mixes up the bourbon with the decorative water bottle. Needless to say, he's feeling a little out of it by the time the dance floor opens up.

But as the night wears on, Jim starts to loosen up and have a good time. He even shares a dance with Pam, and the two of them share a sweet moment under the stars outside.

As the reception starts to wind down, Jim and Pam head back to their hotel room. Jim tells Pam how grateful he is for her, and she lets him know that she feels the same way. They share a tender kiss, and fall asleep in each other's arms.

Overall, the episode is a sweet, romantic look at the relationships between the characters on The Office. Even though there are some tense moments and lingering feelings of jealousy, ultimately everyone comes together to celebrate the happy occasion of Roy's wedding.
