Ep 7. Out of the Easy

In the episode "Out of the Easy" of The Originals season 3, the Mikaelson brothers deal with the aftermath of their mother's plan to resurrect their father. Later, Klaus decides to take matters into his own hands and confronts his father's corpse. He remembers all the times his father abused him and his siblings and starts to feel angry. However, Elijah interrupts him and reminds him that they need to focus on finding a way to stop Esther's plan.

Hayley manages to find the Everlasting, but she is attacked by a group of vampires who try to steal it from her. She fights them, but she is outnumbered and outmatched. At the last second, Amelia shows up and helps her defeat the vampires. She warns Hayley that the Everlasting is dangerous and that she needs to be careful.

Back at the compound, Esther performs a spell to release Mikael's spirit from the Other Side and put it into Finn's body. Klaus and Elijah try to stop her, but Esther immobilizes them with a spell. Freya manages to break free and confronts Esther. She tells her that she cannot bring Mikael back and that she will stop her no matter what.

The episode ends with Mikael waking up in Finn's body and Esther feeling pleased with herself. Freya and the Mikaelson brothers vow to stop their mother's plan and protect their family, no matter what.
