In The Simpsons season 26 episode 21, titled "Bull-E", Bart becomes the target of a school bully, Andy Hamilton, who uses technology to torment him. Andy is an intelligent but emotionally troubled child who was expelled from a prestigious school for hacking into the system and causing chaos. His father, who is a wealthy businessman and a friend of Skinner, convinces the Springfield Elementary School to accept him as a student.

Andy immediately takes a liking to Lisa and befriends her. However, Bart is suspicious of him and his motives. Andy begins bullying Bart by cyberbullying him with a new app he created called "Bully-Vision", which creates damaging and embarrassing videos of Bart and posts them online for all to see. The videos attract a massive following, and Bart becomes the laughingstock of the school.

As the bullying consumes Bart, he decides to fight back with the help of Lisa. They hack into Andy's computer and create a fake video that makes him look like a fool. They upload it on his app, and Andy becomes the laughingstock of the school, just like Bart. Andy is humiliated and vows revenge.

Later, Bart and Lisa go to a party, where they encounter Andy and realize that he is about to launch a new app that will take cyberbullying to a whole new level. They attempt to stop him, but Andy has already set his plans in motion. Bart goes on the air in Springfield, stating that he too has been a bully, and urges others not to follow in his footsteps. His speech has an impact on Andy, who realizes that he has been wrong and decides to shut down his app.

In the end, Andy is shown to have sought help from a therapist and has been changing his ways. Bart and Lisa become friends with him, and the three are shown hanging out and playing video games together. The episode ends with a nod to The Karate Kid, where Andy, dressed as Mr. Miyagi, teaches Bart and Lisa how to play the video game he had previously used to bully Bart.

Overall, "Bull-E" features a compelling storyline that explores the dangers of cyberbullying and the power of forgiveness. With its relevant subject matter and engaging plot, this episode continues to showcase why The Simpsons is one of the most beloved animated shows of all time.
