Ep 13. I Dream of Jeannie Cusamano

Tony is still recovering from the shock of learning that his mother, Livia, tried to have him killed, and has taken to sleeping at his sister Janice's place for the time being. Meanwhile, the FBI has stepped up their surveillance on Tony and his crew, and Agent Harris is starting to feel the pressure of the job.

Tony's cousin Tony Blundetto is fresh out of prison and trying to make a name for himself in the family, but Tony Soprano is hesitant to involve him in any big jobs until he proves himself. When Tony B. shows up at Tony's house unannounced, he ends up getting into a physical altercation with Tony's wife Carmela, which only adds to the tension.

Meanwhile, Dr. Melfi is struggling with her own guilt over treating Tony, and decides to break things off with her own therapist, Dr. Elliot Kupferberg. However, her decision is complicated by the fact that Kupferberg is also treating Tony's wife Carmela for anxiety.

As the FBI begins to close in on Tony and his crew, Special Agent Dwight Harris becomes increasingly desperate to make a case against them. When he pays a visit to the Soprano house, he meets Tony's neighbor Jeannie Cusamano, who inadvertently provides him with some valuable insider information.

As the season comes to a close, Tony must face the consequences of his actions and decide whether to fight the FBI or take a plea deal. Meanwhile, his relationships with those closest to him are put to the test, and he must confront the realities of his own mortality. Will Tony be able to survive the changes that are coming, or will his past finally catch up with him?
