The premise of the show is simple: the stars live together in a mansion in Las Vegas and compete in a variety of challenges in order to win money for their chosen charity. Each episode sees the stars participating in a new challenge, such as performing stand-up comedy or competing in a dance-off. At the end of each episode, the contestants vote on who they believe should be eliminated from the competition.

One of the standout moments of the show is the dynamic between Brigitte Nielsen and Flavor Flav. The two had previously appeared on the reality show The Surreal Life together, where they developed a romantic relationship. However, on Fame Games, Nielsen is paired with her former mother-in-law, Pepa from Salt-N-Pepa.
