Ep 6. Scary Surf and Turf

In this episode of Top Chef: Masters season 2, titled "Scary Surf and Turf," the remaining chefs are tested on their ability to incorporate unusual ingredients into their dishes. The challenge begins with each chef being presented with an animal they must use as the centerpiece for their dish. These animals range from alligator and eel to rabbit and duck.

After the chefs have selected their ingredients, they are given additional 'scary' ingredients to incorporate into their dishes, such as crickets and worms. The chefs must create an appetizer and an entree using these ingredients, which will be judged by a panel of esteemed food critics and chefs.

The dishes are presented to the judges, who critique each dish on its creativity, flavor, and the incorporation of the scary ingredients. The judges are particularly impressed with some of the chefs' dishes, which highlight the unique flavors of the lesser-known meats and insects.

Ultimately, one chef is named the winner and moves on to the next round, while another is eliminated. The remaining chefs are left to reflect on the challenges of the competition thus far and prepare for the next round of competition.
