Ep 3. Botswana Special

In this episode of Top Gear, The Specials, Vol. 1 season 1, the hosts embark on an epic adventure through Botswana. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May each purchase a used car with a budget of only $1,500 and must traverse harsh terrain to reach the Okavango Delta.

The adventure begins with a challenge to drive through a game reserve without getting attacked by any animals. The hosts encounter various animals including elephants, giraffes, and zebras while trying to avoid any collisions. The challenge gets even more intense when they encounter a pack of aggressive baboons.

As they continue their journey, they face a series of obstacles including crossing a river and driving through thick sand. The cars struggle in these conditions, and the hosts must band together to help each other overcome the challenges.

In addition to the challenges, the hosts take time to experience the local culture. They visit a remote village and take part in traditional dances and try local cuisine, including goat stew.

The climax of the episode comes when the hosts must build a bridge across the crocodile-infested river to reach their destination. The process is both entertaining and hazardous as they use makeshift materials to construct the bridge.
