Ep 3. Eat Your Heart Out

In the third episode of season 4 of Total Divas, titled "Eat Your Heart Out," the WWE Divas are faced with various challenges both in their personal and professional lives.

Brie Bella is struggling with being away from her husband, Daniel Bryan, for extended periods of time due to their demanding schedules. She begins to question whether or not her marriage is strong enough to handle the constant time apart.

Nikki Bella is dealing with her own set of problems as she prepares for her upcoming championship match against Naomi. She is feeling the pressure of being a role model to young girls and is worried about disappointing her fans if she does not win the match.

Meanwhile, new cast member and WWE Diva, Paige, is still adjusting to life in the United States after moving from England. She is trying to navigate the cultural differences and is struggling to fit in with the other Divas.

In an effort to relieve some of the stress that they are all feeling, the Divas decide to go on a group trip to Napa Valley. However, tensions rise when some of the girls take their dieting and exercise routines too far.

Eva Marie, who is known for her strict diet and exercise regimen, becomes frustrated when some of the other Divas indulge in unhealthy foods and drinks. She feels that they are not taking their careers seriously and worries that they will not be in top shape for their upcoming matches.

However, her comments do not sit well with the other Divas, especially Alicia Fox and Paige, who feel that Eva Marie is judging them unfairly. A argument ensues, causing a rift in the group and putting a damper on the rest of their trip.

As the episode comes to a close, the Divas must come together to resolve their issues and find a way to support each other through the challenges they are facing in their personal and professional lives.
