Tower Prep, a live-action television series from Cartoon Network, premiered on October 16, 2010, and concluded on December 28, 2010. The series primarily follows the story of a boy named Ian Archer played by Drew Van Acker, who is sent to the Tower Prep boarding school after he mysteriously wakes up in a forest without any memory of how he got there.

Upon arriving at Tower Prep, Ian quickly discovers that students are not allowed to leave the school or contact anyone outside of it. The school appears to be a safe haven for students with unique abilities, but as time goes on, Ian begins to suspect that there's more to Tower Prep than meets the eye. He along with three other students, his roommate Gabe Forrest (Ryan Pinkston), the prankster CJ Ward (Elise Gatien), and his crush Suki Sato (Dyana Liu) slowly uncover secrets and evil plots that are being carried out within the walls of Tower Prep.

Throughout the series, students at Tower Prep learn and develop various abilities known as "H.G.Wells." "H.G. Wells" stands for "Hallucinations, Granulation, and Warpings," meaning students have abilities such as telekinesis, teleportation, and empathize with others' emotions. Each student at Tower Prep develops either one or multiple H.G. Wells, which lead to the development of unique personalities.

One of the most prominent aspects of Tower Prep is the school's hierarchy. The students are divided into various Guilds based on their abilities, such as the Rooks for strategic thinking and the Ravens for technology expertise. The Guilds are at the top of the hierarchy and have more say in the school's operations, with the students not in a guild considered inferior. The Guilds often interact with each other and use their talents to help the school, but there are hidden agendas and conspiracies being carried out behind the scenes.

Ian Archer, the protagonist of the story, is an interesting character with an unidentifiable H.G. Wells ability. His ability is the core of the story and is what leads to many plot twists and turns. Ian is an intelligent and curious student who is determined to uncover the truth behind Tower Prep's sinister secrets. His closest allies are Gabe, CJ, and Suki, who form a tight bond as they search for answers.

Gabe Forrest is Ian's roommate and best friend at Tower Prep. Gabe is highly intelligent and has the ability to manipulate time. His unique gift frequently comes in handy throughout the series. CJ Ward is the mischief-maker of the group, with the ability to create highly realistic illusions. CJ is a rebel who often questions authority and does what she thinks is right. Suki is a skilled martial artist with the ability to read other people's thoughts and emotions. Suki helps the group in various situations with her excellent deduction skills.

The four friends go through a lot of ups and downs throughout the series. They are often faced with obstacles and enemies, including the school's faculty, the mysterious Headmaster (Ted Whittall), and the elusive, unseen organization known as "The Trustees." The Trustees seem to have an iron grip on Tower Prep and are behind many of the school's darker and more nefarious activities.

Tower Prep is a thrilling show with exceptional acting, an intriguing plotline, and likable characters. The series' creators, Paul Dini and Glen Morgan, did an excellent job of creating the atmosphere of an unpredictable and mysterious place. Although the show was ultimately canceled before it could fully hit its stride, it has gathered a cult following since its release, with passionate fans who continue to hope for its revival.

In conclusion, Tower Prep is a well-constructed series that combines adventure, science fiction, and fantasy with relatable human experiences. Despite its sudden cancellation, the show continues to intrigue fans of all ages, leaving a lasting impression on those who have watched it.

Tower Prep is a series that is currently running and has 1 seasons (13 episodes). The series first aired on October 16, 2010.
