Toxic Crusaders is a TV series produced by Troma that originally aired from 1991 to 1993. The show is based on a popular series of movies from Troma, and it follows a group of superhero mutants who must protect their city from pollution and other environmental dangers.

The main character in the series is a teenage janitor named Melvin Junko, who is transformed into a powerful mutant after he falls into a vat of toxic waste. Melvin becomes the "Toxic Crusader," and he joins forces with other mutant superheroes to battle the evil forces that threaten their city.

The other members of the Toxic Crusaders team include No-Zone, who has the ability to create powerful gusts of wind; Major Disaster, who can control the elements of nature; Junkyard, who has super strength and is made entirely of junk; Headbanger, who has a giant head and can use it as a powerful weapon; and Toxie's girlfriend, Yvonne, who has the power of flight.

Together, these mutant superheroes battle a variety of environmental dangers, including pollution, toxic waste, and radioactive monsters. They also face off against a variety of villains, including Dr. Killemoff, the evil leader of the planet Smogula; Psycho, a mad scientist who creates deadly machines; and Bonehead, a vicious dinosaur who is often sent to do Killemoff's bidding.
