Ep 7. George Sotiropoulos vs. Rafael dos Anjos

George Sotiropoulos and Rafael dos Anjos face off in a lightweight bout for UFC 132: Cruz vs. Faber season 1 episode 7. Sotiropoulos, a Greek-Australian fighter with a strong background in grappling, is known for his impressive submission skills. Dos Anjos, a Brazilian fighter with a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is also a well-rounded fighter with a mix of striking and grappling abilities.

As the third round begins, Sotiropoulos is clearly feeling the effects of the leg kicks from dos Anjos. He attempts to put dos Anjos on the ground, but is again stuffed. Dos Anjos lands a big right hand that rocks Sotiropoulos and follows up with a flurry of strikes that force the referee to step in and stop the fight.
The fight is over in the third round with dos Anjos coming out on top with a TKO victory. Both fighters put on a strong performance, but it was dos Anjos who was able to capitalize on his striking abilities and come away with the win.
Overall, the fight between Sotiropoulos and dos Anjos is a great example of the skill and athleticism that the fighters in the UFC possess. With both fighters putting on a great show, it is clear why the UFC is one of the most popular sports organizations in the world.
