The television series is about various legends that have been told through out time, of things that have happened to people in different situations. There are also some questions asked between stories that can be answered either true of false. In first episode of season one of the series, the host, Natasha Henstridge and narrator Peter Lownds tell of five different legends that have been told by various people, involving some strange things that have happened. Such as in the first legend which involves a businessman meeting a woman at a bar and being lured to her room at the hotel. After arriving at the room the man begins to feel strange and passes out. When he awakens, the woman is gone and he is sitting in a bathtub filled with ice. There is a note telling him to call 911, he notices some pain in his side and discovers a wound that has been sewed, he calls 911 and when he arrives at the hospital discovers that one of his kidneys had been removed.

The second legend is about forest fire fighters discovering the body of a scuba diver, in the limbs of a burned tree. Some people claim that the diver had been scooped up by a unit that is attached to a helicopter used to deliver water to the area of the forest fire.

Another legend that is described, is the one about a man who stops to give a young girl a ride home. When she gets out of the car in front of the house where she lives, she leaves her scarf in the car. The man notices that she left her scarf and takes the scarf to the house. However, the man who answers the door tells him that scarf belong to his daughter who was killed in a car accident several years ago.

The series producer, writer, and director is Thomas Quinn and is hosted by Natasha Henstridge.
