Fiona's Turn is the fifth episode of the third season of the show Web Therapy. The series follows the life of Fiona Wallice, a therapist who has devised a new form of therapy that involves online video sessions, allowing her to keep her sessions short and cost-effective. In this episode, Fiona finally gets a chance to be therapeutic with a member of her own family as her daughter, Blair, seeks her help in dealing with some personal issues.

Blair presents a complex set of problems, ranging from her own anxieties to her relationship with her boyfriend and Fiona, as always, is ready to solve each one of these issues in a single session. As she talks to Blair, she begins to unravel her daughter's complicated history and emotional issues, where it becomes progressively clear that Blair needs time, patience, and professional support.

However, Fiona's lack of real emotional support for her daughter has not gone unnoticed, as Blair confronts her mother about her lack of involvement in her life. Fiona is forced to take a step back and re-evaluates her role as a therapist and, more importantly, as a mother.

While Fiona tries to get through to her daughter, her own professional practices also get brought to the forefront. She begins to question the morality of her own online therapy sessions as she realizes that her own daughter requires more than a detached video call to deal with her problems. As her ideas of therapy get challenged and questioned, Fiona also performs a subtle dance of egos and insecurities with her new professional intern, the charming and confident Jeremy.

However, the episode's most crucial moments happen when Blair finally confronts her mother's self-absorbed nature, and Fiona comes face to face with her daughter's emotional pain and needs. Fiona's journey through the episode forces her to recognize the importance of meaningful relationships in her life, something she has been hiding from her under the guise of professionalism.

To sum up, Fiona's Turn is an episode that continues the witty and raw humor of the Web Therapy series, but moves beyond the sitcom setup to tackle some of life's most challenging issues. With excellent performances by the entire cast and clever use of video conferencing to create intimacy between the characters, the episode is a must-watch for fans of the show and newcomers alike. Fiona's Turn is a meditation on the perils of detachment and an interrogation of our ability to manage our own emotions and those of the people we love and care for the most.
