Val's car goes missing, leading to a city-wide search in the new episode of What I Like About You. In this season 1 episode 18, titled "Dude, Where's Val's Car?," Valerie (Jennie Garth) is frantic when she discovers that her beloved car, a red convertible Mustang, has gone missing from its parking spot. She turns to her sister Holly (Amanda Bynes) for help, and together they set out to find the missing car.
As they search the city, they encounter a number of colorful characters, including a group of street performers, a parking garage attendant, and a psychic who claims to be able to help them locate the car. Along the way, Holly and Val also have their fair share of arguments and misunderstandings, as Holly struggles to keep Val calm and focused.
As the search continues, it becomes clear that there may have been foul play involved in the car's disappearance. Val's ex-boyfriend Jeff (Simon Rex) is a prime suspect, as he has a history of stealing cars. Holly and Val enlist the help of Jeff's friend Gary (guest star Greg Grunberg), who promises to help them track down Jeff and recover the car.
As they race against the clock to find Val's car, Holly and Val also confront some deeper issues in their relationship. Val is still upset with Holly for not telling her that Jeff was in town, and the two sisters struggle to find a balance between honesty and loyalty.
In the end, Holly's quick thinking and resourcefulness help them locate the car in an unexpected location. But the discovery also leads to a shocking revelation about Jeff, and Holly and Val must decide how to deal with the fallout.
Overall, "Dude, Where's Val's Car?" is a fast-paced and entertaining episode that showcases the strong bond between sisters Holly and Val, as well as their ability to handle any challenge that comes their way.
