Ep 5. Guilty

Kris Furillo is still trying to navigate life out of juvenile detention and her recent return to the horse racing world. In the latest episode of Wildfire, titled "Guilty," Kris tries to make amends for her past mistakes by proving herself as a valuable asset to Raintree Ranch.

Raintree Ranch's prized horse Wildfire is in bad shape, and Kris steps up to help heal him. However, it's not enough to impress Jean Ritter, the ranch owner. In an effort to prove her worth, Kris asks Jean to let her participate in the upcoming competition at the county fair. Despite Kris's impressive riding skills, Jean hesitates, knowing that Kris's troubled past may ruin the reputation of the ranch.

Meanwhile, Kris's brother Matt, who is also trying to make amends for his past, gets a job at the county fair. However, his new boss, Arturo, is a shady character who tries to recruit him for illegal activities.

Kris's friend and fellow jockey, Tina Sharp, is dealing with her own drama. She is struggling to balance her relationship with Junior, the son of the ranch foreman, with her budding career as a jockey. Her riding skills are put to the test when she competes against an arrogant male jockey at the county fair.

Throughout the episode, tension builds as Kris, Matt, and Tina all face their own challenges. Will Kris be allowed to compete in the county fair and prove herself to Jean? Will Matt succumb to Arturo's illegal activities, putting himself and his family in danger? And will Tina be able to balance her personal life with her career as a jockey?

As the episode comes to a close, all three storylines converge at the county fair. Charismatic and rare are the moments of goodwill that unite them all. The competition heats up, and each character must face their own demons to come out on top.
