Ep 11. Natasha Cornett & LaSonya Larry

Natasha Cornett and five of her friends were charged with murder and other charges, in 1998 after trying to carjack a van belonging to Peter Lillelid, a Jehovah's witness and father of two, and shooting Lillelid, his wife, and their six-year-old daughter. Their two year old son Peter, survived the shooting but lost one eye. Natasha was given a life sentence after being named the ring leader, a fact that she and her mother both deny. Then, LaSonya Larry was convicted of stabbing her boyfriend, 57-year-old Sherred "Rat" Burney in their Florida apartment. He had been dead for a day before being discovered after an altercation between the couple. She contends that she was trying to escape his clutches during the argument and swiped at him with a garden knife and never realized she had hit him in the chest and punctured his lung.
