Ep 1. Pilot - Piss and S**t

Three friends, Adam, Blake, and Anders, all in their early twenties, lead a carefree life as telemarketers for TelAmeriCorp. The series opens with the trio sitting at their work station, making prank calls to unsuspecting customers. Soon, their call list dwindles, and they are left with only one customer - Alice Murphy, a middle-aged woman who is shopping for home insurance. Alice is smart and confident, and the guys are enamored by her, especially Adam, who is looking to score a date.

After work, the three friends head home to their shared house, where they engage in activities such as jumping into a kiddie pool full of beer and setting each other's hair on fire. They then decide to invite Alice over for a party, and Adam hastily tries to spruce up the house. However, things don't go as planned when Alice shows up unexpectedly early, and the house is still a mess. In a desperate attempt to clean up, the guys use unconventional methods, such as throwing trash out the window and washing the walls with beer.

As the party gets underway, the guys' behavior becomes increasingly erratic. Blake huffs keyboard duster and ends up injuring himself, while Anders becomes drunk and starts dancing provocatively. Meanwhile, Adam tries to impress Alice with a homemade slide made of cardboard, which ends up collapsing and injuring him and Alice. In a drunken stupor, the guys mistake their friend Karl for a burglar and attack him, leaving him beaten and bruised.

As the party winds down, the guys realize the havoc they've caused and try to clean up the mess before Alice leaves. However, they are too late, and Alice is already gone, leaving behind a note that reads, "Never contact me again." The guys are crestfallen as they realize their wild antics have cost them a potential relationship with a mature and successful woman. They sit dejectedly on the front porch, contemplating what went wrong, as the credits roll.

Overall, the pilot episode of Workaholics sets up the premise of the show - three irresponsible and immature friends trying to balance work and play.
