Watch 38 Parrots

38 Parrots is an anthology film of ten Soviet cartoons from between the years of '76 and '91. Each of the cartoons features a quartet of puppet characters who ponder different issues of language and context. Examples of these conversations include measuring one character's height by using parrots as a unit of measurement, pondering how many nuts are required to consider them a pile of nuts, and avoiding a breakdown in communication in the game of Telephone.
