Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall

Reportedly based on a book written by the late musician and comic Terence "Spike" Milligan, the movie describes the period when he trained for military service in the Royal Artillery after being inducted to fight in World War II. He participated in writing the script, and also played his own father in the production. Although some of the events recounted in the film contain humor, not all of them pertain to comedy. The drama centers around a strong theme of coming of age during a period when the defense of the British Isle occupied the attention of most residents.
