Watch Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason is a quirky fun romance about a girl that is socially awkward in all ways, completely obsessed with falling in love only now she is questioning if she has everything she ever dreamed about. Bridget seems to always get the short end of the stick; she is in love with Mr. Darcy, who is a big shot lawyer. However she can't seem to do the right things, she tries to get all dolled up only to have one thing after another happen. She goes to a party with him and loses her confidence in herself after meeting a gorgeous colleague of Mr. Darcy's. Bridget doesn't think that she could be the one he could want when he could have someone so beautiful as his colleague. This leads to the first of a set of arguments which leads them to part ways.

On a business trip to Thailand, Daniel Cleaver, Bridget's boss puts moves on her only she walked away when a Thailand prostitute enters his hotel room. She goes to leave Thailand only gets arrested at the airport. Darcy arrives to save the day or so she thinks. He states only, that his superiors had sent him to put her release in motion, and then walks away from her.

Thinking their relationship was completely over Bridget goes home defeated to her parents wedding vow renewal. Only there she finds out that Darcy had tracked down the man that was responsible for her getting arrested. He really did love her and is her hero! She runs to Darcy looking lovely for once where a truck sweeps by and soaks her head to toe with water from the road. This does not deter her, she runs into Darcy's office and asks him to take her back only to find out she is in front of a room of lawyers. This is where Darcy finally proposes to Bridget, all of her dreams really have come true.
