This is a tale of life changing events. This takes place in a poverty level neighborhood in Brooklyn. A young black man dreams of bigger and better things as he works to get away from his junkie friends while his father runs the local convenient store. Everyday, he wakes up trying to strive one step closer to his dreams. Along the way, he meets a educated Latino woman, whose mother is works as a cleaning lady. The couple soon fall in love, and watch their dreams come true as a winning lottery ticket is sold at the convenience store.
