Watch Mean Girls

Mean Girls, is a teenage flick centered around the popular girls in one school and what one does to be like them. In this movie, Cady Heron played by Lindsay Lohan, moves from Africa back home with her parents. After having been home schooled for years, she joins public school and has to learn all the good and bad that comes with it.

A group of popular girls known as The Plastics, take an interest in Cady and soon she learns what it is to be a part of their little click. Not being true Plastic material herself, Cady who is already friends with a few of the non popular kids, is talked into becoming a Plastic so that she can take the group apart.

The most popular girl Regina, gets most of the mean things done to her as a form of revenge that Cady is doing for her friend Janis. It starts with convincing Regina that a new foot cream is actually a face cream that causes her to breakout. From there, Cady convinces Regina to eat nothing but protein bars to help with weight loss when, really they are designed to add weight to the body. This makes it impossible for Regina to fit into any of her clothes.

After humiliating Regina, Cady then turns to the rest of the group. Pitting the girls against each other. Cady let's them know all the hurtful things Regina has said about them and in turn, the other girls start to reject Regina as a Plastic. Finally, Cady becomes a true Plastic and just like the other mean girls, she starts spreads rumors about people and crushing on Regina's ex boyfriend.

Once caught, Cady confesses to the hurtful things she has said and done. This leaves her with a punishment of joining the math club and not bing able to attend her prom. Eventually, Cady makes all well with the people she has hurt and even wins the math competition. By the next school year, the Plastics are no more.

Mean Girls is a teen comedy and rated PG-13. It is best viewed by children over thirteen years of age. There are some references to alcohol and drug use. Mean Girls was directed by Mark Waters. This movie is considered one of Lindsay Lohans major film roles. This can be viewed as a family movie if you have older children. Mean Girls is approximately ninety six minutes long.
