Passport to Pimlico

"French Goings-On in the Heart of London."

Passport to Pimlico is a comedy film directed by Henry Cornelius. It is a story of a region in Britain that is accidentally discovered to be foreign land. This is after a bomb, a remnant from World War II, is accidentally exploded by children to reveal documents indicating that the region is part of Burgundy. The British government is forced to engage in talks with Burgundy in its efforts to regain the region. What follows is a cat and mouse game as the two try to frustrate each other, with Britain cutting off supplies and Burgundy completely cutting off ties
