Raising Arizona is a timeless comedy starring Nicolas Cage, playing a criminal "Hi" and a police woman "Ed" played by Holly Hunter. The two unlikely the characters meet and fall in love. The quirky couple try to walk the straight and narrow, but to have the family the duo want, they must turn to kidnapping. Just when they think that all their prayers have been answered, two prison buddies show up unexpectedly, tempting Hi to return to the life he is trying so hard to leave behind, the life of crime. This causes conflict between Ed and Hi.

With a blackmail twist thrown in the mix, a string of crime is hilariously played out. If kidnapping, bank robbery, and blackmail are not enough, there is a daring rescue and heartfelt decisions these characters bumble through.
