Watch Rolling Kansas

Rolling Kansas is an independent comedy starring Thomas Haden-Church. The movie is about a group of five men who are convinced that the government is secretly growing marijuana in Kansas fields. The men are convinced that such a field exists because the parents of three of them left behind a map when they died. The five men are all avid marijuana users, and they believe that finding this field will allow them to have access to the best, free marijuana around. They also intend to sell the marijuana that they find and retire as millionaires. The five men all come from diverse backgrounds. There is a t-shirt salesman and his two brothers on the trip, as well as a nursing student and gas-station attendant. The nursing student is overweight and suffers from narcolepsy, falling asleep at the most inconvenient times. The gas station attendant is very stupid and relies on his friends to get him out of trouble.

The five men get into a lot of adventures and meet a lot of interesting people while they search for the marijuana field. They meet a crazy old gardener who hitches a ride with them across Kansas. They also find a farmhouse filled with strippers. The men are followed on their journey by a bumbling pair of police officers.

While they search for the field, all the men begin to grow up. Kevin is one character who is struggling with his sexuality and tries to use the time on the trip to determine if he is straight or gay. Another one of the guys, Dick, uses his time on the road trip to begin to recover emotionally from his divorce. Dave is recovering from a business failure, and his ego and bank account really need this trip to go well.
