Watch Sugar Hill

The film entitled Sugar Hill is centered on the lives of Roemello and Raynathan, known as the Skuggs brothers. The film starts when their mother, Ella, dies after taking an overdose of a certain drug. This is closely followed by a scene where they watch their father being shot to death by an unknown man. Roemello vows to avenge his father’s death when he grows up, and one day he actually does so by shooting a guy called Marconi. Later, Romello meets a lady called Mellissa whom he falls in love with. He then decides to stop dealing with drugs and start living a new life with his new-found love. When Raynathan finds out about it, he is not happy and warns his brother that it is very difficult and dangerous to quit.

After a series of struggles and strategies, Romello manages to quit dealing with drugs, especially after his closest friend Ricky is killed by a drug dealer called Lolly. When the Skuggs brothers learn of the manner in which Ricky was killed they go over and kill Tony, one of the guys who was responsible for Ricky’s death. Immediately after, a cold war starts between the Skuggs brothers and Lolly’s angry followers.

When Melissa finds out about Romello’s way of life, she becomes scared of him and decides to end the relationship. She goes out on a date with a basketball player called Mark who abuses her, and she runs back to Romello, and they decide to relocate to New York. They go over to say goodbye to Raynathan and find out he has killed Gus, Lolly and Harry. When he sees Melissa, he tries to shoot her, and the two brothers start fighting. Raynathan mistakenly shoots his brother and, thinking he is dead, shoots himself and dies immediately. At the end a paralyzed Romello and Melissa relocate to North Carolina with their son.
