Watch The Blue Umbrella

Biniya lives with her mother and brother in a small village in India. One day, the girl finds a blue umbrella that had been lost by some Japanese tourists. She offers to trade a trinket of hers for the umbrella and the tourists agree. Biniya quickly becomes the envy of her village but she steadfastly refuses to let anyone buy the umbrella from her. Soon, however, it goes missing. Biniya suspects that its disappearance was not accidental. Justice, forgiveness, and the importance of good character are themes of this drama.
