The Interview

"The Film Hackers Tried To Get Banned"

The Interview involves a pair of journalists who run a tabloid television show that mostly focuses on celebrity gossip. Things change for the pair when they discover that the leader of North Korea, Kin Jung-un, is a fan of their show. In attempt to move their careers towards serious reporting they manage to arrange for an interview with Kim Jung-un. However, things change for the pair when they are recruited by the CIA to assassinate the dictator. The major problem with this is that the two gossip reporters are possibly the worst people for the mission. This leads to a lot of antics, massive amounts of gun fire, and several hair brained assassination attempts.

The Interview was directed by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen. The film was written by Dan Sterling, Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg. The film features performances by James Franco, Seth Rogen, and Randall Park.
