It displays the emotion and anguish of a family experiencing odd circumstances many years later, after moving to that very town. Guy Cooley (played by Justin Theroux) and his wife Jeanne Cooley (played by Julie Delpy) move to the town to begin a building project. It would be a fresh new start for the family who recently lost a daughter themselves. Anna (played b Madeline O'Brian). The project consists of building 8 windmills over the exact area whereas the little girl disappeared. As the family find out about the clan that experienced this sad event many years ago, they unfold some mysterious answers. Combined with the ghostly episodes and the strange actions of the townspeople, this tale will have you sitting on the edge of your sit. Eventually, the story leads to the townspeople making a decision about whether or not to allow construction in the area. Realizing that the building may upset the alleged spirit of the mother of the little. Gretchen Caswell (role played by Jamie Donnelly)makes the point that it will be ill-advised to build anything on the piece of land. After seeing an adequate amount of actual paranormal activities, the family soon come to understand the town's hesitation.
