"Half of democracy is just showing up."

This 2009 documentary tells the story of Daniel Ellsberg and his awakening America to the Vietnam war and the secrets and lies told by the White House during this conflict. Directed by Judith Ehrlic and Rick Goldsmith, it tells of Daniel turning over 7,000 pages of documentation to the New York Times disclosing secrets from the Vietnam War. In doing this he made America aware that the the White House was lying to the public. A great documentary about the Vietnam War and some of the secrets.
