The Running Jumping & Standing Still Film

This is a short film of sight gags and slapstick sketches by master comedians Peter Sellers, Richard Lester and Spike Milligan. Made in two days for only 70 British pounds, it shows people's hobbies and everyday activities--but with a twist. For instance, a frustrated photographer tries to develop his photos in a pond. A man becomes a human gramophone. A portrait painter is assisted by the paint-by-number markings on a model's face. Don't miss Peter Sellers wearing flippers and goggles to go hunting! The Beatles loved this film so much that Richard Lester was asked to direct their own movies.
