3-2-1 Penguins! is an animated television series produced by Big Idea Productions. The show ran from 2000 to 2008, and follows the adventures of two siblings Jason and Michelle, and their two penguin friends, Zidgel, Fidgel, Midgel, and Kevin. The show is a Christian themed program and is designed to teach children lessons on morality and values, while also being entertaining and engaging.

The Penguins find a spaceship stranded. Investigating the matter, they find that the ship is drained of all power and the Cow inhabitants need more fuel. But not just any fuel - they power their ship with a specific blend of elements which Fidgel deduces to be a cookie - a tea biscuit to be precise. But they need an enormous quantity to get their ship going and to return home. Jason has an idea - The Penguins take the kids back to Grandmum's house to get one of her special cookies from the cookie jar. They have a whole adventure in miniature, nearly being crushed under Grandmum's feet!

Michelle promises to take over for her. All is well and good until it seems the Alien Girl isn't coming back, and Michelle needs to get going. Will they rescue the city from being flooded? Will they learn the value of keeping your word and not promising more than you can live up to?

Jason and Zidgel deliver a Crown Jewel to the Gator King of Mercy-Falls. But when they accidentally break it to smitherines, they are thrown in prison. They plead for mercy; it was an accident after all. The King forgives them, but once back on the ship they find that Zidgel's marble collection is missing... accidentally jettisoned into deep space. Zidgel is livid. When the Gator King hears of this he is gravely disappointed with the Captain. Will he throw Zidgel into prison again, or grant him a second chance?

Jason is feeling put upon by everyone. It seems he is being criticized at every turn, so he runs away... only to be encountered by Cavitus. Cavitus tries to lure Jason to the dark side with flattery. Jason is tempted, especially since the Penguins and Michelle seem to be always on his case. Meanwhile, the Penguins are sent to help protect the starcruiser Pig-O-Bank from certain destruction. Little do they know that a deceived Jason is helping with the attack. Just because someone compliments you, that doesn't make it okay to do something you know is wrong.

Jason gets a time machine, but he doesn't want to listen to the advice from his elders on how to make it work. Because of a glitch, they crash land on a planet populated by three old Penguins, who just like to dole out unsolicited advice. Then they all realize that Jason's time machine did work, and these old penguins are Midgel, Fidgel & Zidgel in future form. The old guys (because of their experience) are the only ones who know how to repair the ship and the time machine.

It's only when contentment rules that peace is restored.

Jason and Michelle find that the Galeezel device is broken and that they are trapped on the Penguin's ship. They must locate a replacement for the malfunctioning part. Unbeknownst to them, Cavitus, an evil warlord has sabotaged their ship with a micro-bot. The Bot wreacks havoc on their ship, causing them to hurl unfounded accusations at each other, disrupting their teamwork. Fidgel reveals that they must find his old assistant, Bert the Hamster, for only he knows how to repair the Galeezel and send the kids home.
