Ep 6. Wing Kitchen

Catherine and Tayloe want to turn the original kitchen in the west wing into a chef's kitchen for hosting large parties. The old fireplace in this room was used for cooking, but over the last two centuries it went unused and quickly deteriorated. Not only do they need to rebuild this fireplace brick by brick, they also need to blend historic aspects with modern day kitchen features like a rolling island and a pot rack that works on pulleys.
