In the aftermath of the Koh Samui air crash, cameramen gain access to the footage from the rescue mission and interview many of the survivors. Meanwhile, in Pattaya, tourist cop Howard investigates the exploitation of rare animals by photographers who use them as photo opportunities for tourists.
