Ep 2. Gigi and Adrian

Gigi and Adrian are a couple with two children who have been living in a rental home for years. They are tired of throwing away money on rent and want to invest in a home of their own. They have a budget of $500,000 to spend, but they have very different ideas about what kind of home they want.

Adrian is looking for a modern, open concept home with a big backyard where he and his family can spend time together outdoors. Gigi, on the other hand, wants a more traditional home with a lot of character and charm. They are both willing to compromise, but they need help finding a home that meets their needs.

The experts are tasked with finding the perfect home for Gigi and Adrian, but there's a catch - Gigi and Adrian won't be able to see the home before they buy it. They will rely solely on the expertise of the experts to find a home that meets their needs and fits within their budget.

The experts start by showing Gigi and Adrian three potential neighborhoods where they could live. One is near the city center, one is in the suburbs, and one is in the countryside. Gigi and Adrian have to decide which neighborhood they like the most, and the experts will use that information to find a home in that area.

Once they choose a neighborhood, the experts start showing them potential homes. Gigi and Adrian are able to give input on what they like and don't like about each home, but they still won't be able to see the inside of the home until after they buy it.

Finally, Gigi and Adrian choose the home they want to buy. The experts are able to negotiate a deal on the home that is within their budget, and Gigi and Adrian sign on the dotted line.

But the real test comes when they finally see the home they've bought. Will it be everything they hoped for, or will they regret taking a chance on a home they've never seen?
