Ep 5. Pig, Man, Lion

Ryan’s former partner, Detective Sam Shaw, arrives in town and begs him to help track down the person who shot her. Meanwhile, after running into a childhood acquaintance, Harley has an emotional breakdown and is desperate for Carter's help to figure out what triggered it. The murder case Shaw is working on leads them to an illegal pig farm, but they soon realize it may not be as straightforward as it seems. Carter and Shaw team up to unravel the mystery as tensions rise between them due to their complicated past. The episode ends with a shocking twist that leaves both Carter and Shaw stunned.
